I can’t put in words how much you’ve done for me. I know I’ve told you before that I was battling with depression and anxiety but that all hits worse when you hate the person staring back at you in the mirror. Bro thank you so much for helping me get shredded I know I had some days where I could of pushed harder thanks for not giving up on me even my family members say it’s like I’m a whole new person
